I.    Approval of Agenda March 8, 2023   

           

II.      Public Hearings and Action:

 

             1.   Z-22-22                Rezone:  2511 E. 4th St., approximately 1.08 acres to be rezoned from

                                                S-4, R-2, and B-4, to B-P, Business Park.   Generally located north of E. 4th Street

                                                and west of Dry Creek Road.

 

             2.  Z-22-23                 Rezone:  2716 Thornberry Lane, approximately .69 acres to be rezoned from B-3,

                                                Highway and Arterial Business District to I-2, Light Industrial District.  Generally

                                                Located south of Thornberry Ln. and west of Broadmoor Rd.                      

 

             3.  S-22-11                 Subdivision:  QuikTrip 4298 Subdivision, Filing NO 1, subdivision of 26.467

                                                acres into four commercial lots and a Tract.   Generally located north of W. 

                                                Pueblo Blvd. and east of Lake Ave.  Staff report by Beritt Odom. Continue to 

                                                April 12, 2023, Public Hearing.

 

             4.  S-21-13                 Subdivision:  University Park Subdivision, Filing NO 33, re-subdivision of 2.29 

                                                acres into one commercial lot.  Generally located west of Jerry Murphy Rd. and

              5.  Z-22-20                Rezone:  Rezone approximately 3.74 acres from O-1, Neighborhood Office

                                                District to R-4, Mixed Residential District, located east of the Village Cir.

              6.  S-22-14               Subdivision:  DFB Subdivision, a Special Area Plan; subdivision of 4.6 acres into five multifamily residential lots.

              7.  SAP-23-01          Special Area Plan: DFB Subdivision, a Special Area Plansubdivision of 4.6 acres into five multifamily residential

  lots with reduced front and rear yard setbacks.   Generally located east of the Village Cir. Terminus.
