JBC Subdivision Revision. Subdivision of 10.746 acres into six (6) lots for commercial development.  Generally located at 2950 W. US Highway 50. 



Rezoning St. Charles Industrial Park Phase 2.  Rezoning of the St. Charles Industrial Park, Phase 2 Annexation, totaling 454.27-acres to I-3, Heavy Industrial.  The property is generally located north and west of Lime Road and east of Tower Road.
