All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda.
I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report.
Master Plan – 3-Mile Annexation Plan The 2019 City of Pueblo 3-Mile Annexation Boundary Map.
All items listed in this portion of the agenda are requested by Staff to be continued and will be enacted by one motion. Each item will be read by the Chair and an opportunity will be given to the public wishing to testify; in which event, the item will be removed from the Continuance portion of the agenda and discussed under the Regular Agenda.
I move to continue all items as set forth in the Continuances portion of the agenda to June 12, 2019 Public Hearing.
2210 Antelope Way. Special Area Plan minor amendment. Located at 2210 Antelope Way. (Staff report by Kelly Grisham.) Continued to June 12, 2019 hearing .
Site Plan-Solar Garden; site plan of a solar installation located within the eastern portion of the 34.32 acre City owned parcel; located east of Troy Avenue, south of Oakshire Lane, and north of US Hwy 50 Bypass (staff report by Beritt Odom).
