All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda.
I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report.
Aberdeen Bluff SAP Amendment. Amendment of the Special Area Plan for Aberdeen Bluff SAP to remove building envelopes for Parcels E and F, Rearrangement of Property Boundaries LL-18-01. Generally located in the Aberdeen Bluff Community, north of Abriendo Avenue.
Industrial Standards Text Amendment. An Ordinance amending 17-4-7, 17-4-46, 17-4-47, 17-4-48, 17-4-49 of Chapter 4 of Title XVII of the Pueblo Municipal Code relating to industrial development performance standards. The proposed text amendment will adopt architectural development standards for industrial properties within the City’s Industrial Zone Districts. (Staff report by Beritt Odom)
North Vista Highlands Development Area 1 Phase 1A. Review of the Land Use Plan of Planning Area 4, regarding the Development Area 1, Phase 1A. Generally located at the northeast corner of Vision Hills Parkway and Walking Stick Boulevard. (Staff report by Kelly Grisham)
