CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report.

SAP-18-03

Special Area Plan Eagle Heights  Amendment of the Special Area Plan for Eagle Heights SAP to remove building envelopes for Lots 1 through 15, and Parcels A & B, Eagle Heights Subdivision, 2nd Filing.   Generally located at the eastern terminus of Aquila Drive. 


          CONTINUANCES

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are requested by Staff to be continued and will be enacted by one motion.  Each item will be read by the Chair and an opportunity will be given to the public wishing to testify; in which event, the item will be removed from the Continuance portion of the agenda and discussed under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to continue all items as set forth in the Continuances portion of the agenda to January 9, 2019 Public Hearing.
