CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report.

2111 West Northern Avenue Shopping Center Rezoning.  Rezoning of approximately 14,800 square feet, from R-2 to B-2, Neighborhood Business District. Generally located at the north side of Northern Avenue between Brown Avenue and an alley.

Rezone 1403 Jerry Murphy.  Rezoning of approximately 93,350 square feet, or 2.14 acres, from R-2 to R-5, Multiple-Residential and Office District.  Generally located on the west side of Jerry Murphy Road 600 feet north of Bonforte Boulevard.

Easement Vacation 1403 Jerry Murply.  Vacation of Utility Easement, located within Lots 16 & 17, Block 141, Belmont Villa Filing No. 1.  Generally located on the west side of Jerry Murphy Road 600 feet north of Bonforte Boulevard.

Rezone 1314 Halleck Avenue and 1629 West 13th Street. Rezoning of approximately 40,000 square feet, from R-2 to I-2, Industrial District. Generally located at the northeast corner of Halleck Avenue and West 13th Street.

Alley Vacation. 1314 Halleck Vacation of the alley within Block 7, Adee Chamberlin & Wiley 1st Filing.  Generally located west of Halleck Avenue, between West 14th and 15th Streets.

Rezone adjacent property 350 feet south of 300 Vision Lane. Rezoning of approximately 150,000 square feet, from B-3 to I-2, Industrial District. Generally located on two parcel properties within 350 feet southeast of 300 Vision Lane.
