CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda.

Subdivision.  Gateway Subdivision, 6th Filing  Subdivision of approximately 2.32 acres into 2 lots.  Generally located south and west of the southwest corner of Fortino Boulevard and Outlook Boulevard.

V-18-03

Vacation.  Gateway Vacation.  Vacation of a portion of the 10’ Utility Easement lying 5’ each side of the west line of Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Gateway Subdivision, 5th filing. Generally located south and west of the southwest corner of Fortino Boulevard and Outlook Boulevard.

Subdivision AmendmentWarehouses, Inc Subdivision Amendment.  Subdivision amendment of two properties, which were split by the conveyance of Kachina Drive, to create two fully subdivided lots.  Generally located south of US Hwy 50 West, and west of Baltimore Avenue, on both sides of Kachina Drive.  (Staff report by Kelly Grisham)
