CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report.

Subdivision Crestview Hills, 2nd Filing, 2nd Amendment.  Resubdivision of Blocks 12, 16, 17, 18 and 19, Crestview Hills, 2nd Filing to remove 1 lot per block to create larger lots.  Subdivision includes the creation of 101 lots from 108 lots. Generally located along both sides of Sunrise Lane, between Meadowark Lane and Wills Boulevard, and east of Meadowlark Lane near Sunrise Lane, to the south to Arrowsmith Drive.  ( Staff report by Kelly Grisham)
