All items listed in this portion of the agenda are requested by Staff to be continued and will be enacted by one motion. Each item will be read by the Chair and an opportunity will be given to the public wishing to testify; in which event, the item will be removed from the Continuance portion of the agenda and discussed under the Regular Agenda.
I move to continue all items as set forth in the Continuances portion of the agenda to January 10, 2018 Public Hearing.
HARP Review – 140 Central Main Street. Master Sign Plan review.

400 W 16TH ST. Parkview PUD Site Plan review of an approximately 2,400 sq ft addition to the existing 2nd floor “roof area.”
