CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to approve all items as set forth in the Consent Agenda.

DPR-17-02

Development Plan Review.  Review and approval of the design and placement of a major art feature, the bronze sculpture “American Sky” (Staff report by Kelly Grisham) Continued from August 9, 2017 public hearing.  Withdraw application.

DPR-17-04

Development Plan Review – HARP Riverwalk.  Blanket approval of all minor amendments on the HARP Riverwalk area, controlled by the HARP Authority.  (Staff Report by Kelly Grisham)

SAP-17-02

Special Area Plan Aberdeen Bluffs Minor amendment of the Aberdeen Bluff Special Area Plan to revise building enveloped to building setbacks.  Generally located north of Abriendo Avenue within the Aberdeen Bluff development. (Staff report by Kelly Grisham)

         

          CONTINUANCES

All items listed in this portion of the agenda are requested by Staff to be continued and will be enacted by one motion.  Each item will be read by the Chair and an opportunity will be given to the public wishing to testify; in which event, the item will be removed from the Continuance portion of the agenda and discussed under the Regular Agenda. 

I move to continue all items as set forth in the Continuances portion of the agenda to October 11, 2017 Public Hearing.
