All items listed in this portion of the agenda are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commissioner so requests; in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under the Regular Agenda.
I move to approve items 1 and 2, and continue items 3, 4 and 5 to August 9, 2017 as set forth in the Consent Agenda.
