2840 Lancaster Drive (Felipe O. Soto-Mena) A Variance to allow a carport/patio combination to be built two (2) feet from the side yard lot line.

2620 Aster Street (Susan Nunn) A Variance to allow a mini-mobile storage container to remain as placed, zero (0) feet from the side yard lot line.

5 Baybridge Court (Marty Bechina) A Variance to allow a home to remain as built, six (6) feet from the rear yard lot line.

1715 West 29th Street (Ray Seybold) A Special Use Permit to allow an auto dealership with the condition that the site is rezoned to a Subregional Business (B-2 zone) district.

401 South Prairie Avenue (The Salvation Army) A Special Use Permit to allow a charitable institution/community center with the condition that the site is rezoned to a One and Two-Family Residential (R-3 zone) district.

2300 Oakshire Trails (Four Corners Development, LLC) Request for an Extension for the landscape performance standards requirement; if a phase two multi-family development is planned and a commercial plan review application is not filed before October 25, 2017, then a six (6) foot tall opaque cedar fence must be placed along the west property.
