2411 Lake Avenue (Pueblo Rescue Mission) A Special Use Permit to allow a homeless shelter in a Highway and Arterial Business (B-3 zone) district.  Applicant has requested to withdrawal their application from further consideration.

2601 West Street (Edward Ortiz) A Variance to allow more than one accessory structure, and to allow the accessory covered patio to be constructed in the required twelve and a half (12½) foot second front yard setback.
