320 West 14TH Street (Roger Quelch, TreanorHL, for Parkview Medical Center) A Variance to reduce architectural, parking, and landscape performance standards for a medical facility, and allow it to be constructed in the required five (5) foot side and twelve and a half (12 1/2) front yard setbacks.

4054 North Peakview Drive (Wanda Broome) A Variance to allow a residential covered patio to extend into the required twenty-five (25) foot front setback.

507 West 12th Street (William & Steven Light) A Variance to allow a residential underground garage to extend into the required five (5) foot side yard and twenty-five (25) foot front yard setbacks, and exceed maximum lot coverage of fifty (50%) percent.

2000 Acero Avenue (Barbara & Robert Kastle) A Variance to reduce a local distance requirement between a marijuana facility and a school.
