team is a lean, dedicated, high-performing staff of 6 full-time individuals who show exemplary commitment to the profession of human resources and to the employees of the City every day.

With a diverse background in retail, finance and banking, private sector consulting, public safety, production, library, agriculture, and human resources in local government, the staff of Human Resources has a combined experience base totaling 173 years with 94 years of experience in municipal government and 51 years in the Human Resources field.

Our Mission
To provide the comprehensive human resource function for city departments including employment, classification, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and research and analysis.
