Adult Hockey

Drop-in Hockey

  • Fridays 10:45-12:00pm

   $10 per skaters, goalies free.
   Everyone must register online.
   Please read all guidelines.

Adult drop-in hockey is for skaters 18 years of age and up.            
Players divide themselves into teams and play  a non-scored, non-officiated, self- monitored game. Full gear required, including cage or visor on helmet.

  1. Avoid recreating in public spaces if anyone in your household is experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms.
  2. All staff and coaches will be required to wear masks. Skaters will be required wear masks entering, exiting building and in the locker rooms. Not on ice if they have a mouth guard.
  3. All registration and payments will be done online (CIVICREC), financial transactions will take place at the arena. No punch card use at this time.
  4. Ice Arena staff will monitor entrance and exit into the building to only allow registered skaters during their scheduled sessions.
  5. Skaters must arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session and will be required to exit the building within 15 mins following their scheduled session to allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing for next scheduled session.
  6. Locker rooms will be open, downstairs restrooms and showers will not be open.
  7. All skaters are required to maintain the “social distancing” requirement of 6-feet to the best of their ability while playing.
  8. No spectators allowed during drop-in sessions.
  9. Drinking fountains will not be available. It is suggested for players to bring their own prefilled water bottles.
  10. Concession area will be closed.
  11. Ice Arena grandstands will be closed.
  12. No equipment or jerseys will be shared.
  13. No shaking hands.
  14. No spitting allowed anywhere.
  15. All skaters and coaches shall practice “self-sanitizing” of their equipment to assist in maintaining the sanitization of the facility.
  16. Recommended that all staff, skaters, and coaches please use sanitizer before and after using any equipment.
