Stamping of Approved Plans

Once the plans conform to performance standards, the city planner stamps an approval signature on the plan set. The city planner will email them to the applicant.

Then the applicant sends the approved-stamped plans to their consultants (architects, engineers), who stamp their plans.

The applicant must provide the city planner the fully-stamped plan set. Then the city planner will provide the signed routing sheet.

The applicant provides the signed routing sheet to the Pueblo Regional Building Department to obtain the building permit.
