Position: Traffic Controller

Responsible to:

Sergeant Howard Jackson, Jennifer Parker (coordinator)

Location:

Pueblo Police Department, Pueblo area

General Description:

Traffic controlling is an important tool that is necessary to direct traffic during parades.

Responsibilities:

You will team up with an officer to help direct traffic and block roads during parades.

Time Requirements:

4-6 times a year, 4 hours each time

Training:

You will be paired with an officer who will train you at the time of duty.

Qualifications:

You will need to be able to stand for long periods of time.
