he Dillon Drive Interchange Project is complete and was opened to traffic on Friday, November 18th, 2016.

The Dillon Drive Interchange Project
will modify the existing diamond interchange at Eden, and construct a “split-diamond” interchange using Dillon Drive as the south half of that diamond.  A new northbound off-ramp and southbound on-ramp will be built to connect Dillon Drive to the Interstate.  A new 2-span bridge will go over the Interstate.  A "Round About" intersection will be built at the top of each on and off ramp to allow for free movement through both intersections. Mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls will be constructed along the Interstate using individual blocks that will reflect the limestone rock bluffs that surround the Pueblo area.  Extensive irrigated landscaping will be constructed along the entire project.
The construction contract was awarded to American Civil Constructors of Littleton, Colorado. Construction activities began in March 2015.
