Addressing the Community's Needs
Several years ago the citizens of Pueblo identified the following community development needs to make Pueblo’s living environment healthy and productive:

• Human services delivery systems
• Infrastructure
• Neighborhoods
• Planning

To meet these needs we leverage government and private funds to invest in financially sound, well designed projects that will benefit neighborhoods for many years to come. Our work is done in partnership with developers, lenders, investors, and nonprofit organizations that use our financing to serve our low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
