The Pueblo Police Department has jurisdiction over incidents that occur within the city limits only. If you need to report an incident that occurred outside the city limits, please call the Pueblo County Sheriff's Department at (719)-583-6125, or the appropriate law enforcement agency for your area.

For minor incidents where there is no evidence, you may file a report by calling the complaint desk at 553-2485 between the hours
of 7:30AM and 10:00PM. You are also welcome to make a report at the complaint desk in person.  The complaint desk is located in the front lobby of the police department at 130 Central Main St.
