Citizen Satisfaction Survey Results

In early 2010, the City of Pueblo hired the ETC Institute to conduct a DirectionFinder® survey as part of the effort to assess citizen satisfaction with the quality of services. In 2012, and then in 2014, we repeated the survey to evaluate how we had progressed against the feedback mentioned in earlier surveys. The survey results help the City of Pueblo establish budget priorities and refine policy decisions.
