Pueblo Transit's ADA Complaints Process
Under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pueblo Transit is required to make its services and programs accessible to people with disabilities and in compliance with the ADA. If you feel that you have not been able to access a program or service of Pueblo Transit because of an accessibility issue, or have been discriminated against based on your disability, you may submit a formal complaint to:

Your complaint will be investigated, and you will be contacted with the results, or how to further proceed. This process is designed to provide you with the opportunity to quickly and effectively resolve any issue(s) as they relate to the ADA and Pueblo Transit. All complaints submitted to the ADA Compliance Officer in written, electronic or recorded format, as well as responses thereto, will be retained by Pueblo Transit for at least (1) one year.
